Since my parents just canceled their Free account recently, I will move my site back to my own account. The forwarding link remains the same, of course:
pt125.free.fr: this old host link will no longer work at the end of the month!

I had lunch on a regular basis with my old colleague and we’ve talked about her oldest kid (~21 years old I think). She is trying to teach him responsibilities. It was fun when she told me that her son found his GF on internet, that his GF came and lived with them the past 6 months and how they moved out in their apartment last week. I always tried to be very smooth and light with the matter.
It was funnier when I asked: how far is his new place from your house? “296 m”, she replied proudly, and we both laughed at that answer. Indeed, she admitted that even her husband went to Google map and checked the distance.
My reply at the end of our good and long laughs: “good job! one down, two more to go!”

There was a funny quote from the movie “Selfless“:
“Look at that. The oldest, she just turned seven.
Damian: They’re cute at that age. Before they grow claws and sharp-pointed teeth. “

I heard a vendor helping a customer today at a store. The customer asked if he could install all his favorite programs from his PC to his tablet. The answer from the vendor was that “the tablet might not have the power to install the programs that were on his computer”.
The true answer was: tablets do not have the same Operating System; Therefore the programs on PC are not compatible with the ones on tablets or smartphones! The code is entirely different!

I spent 80 Groupon credits that I received for free and I bought few gadgets. However, they were really not good: all made in China but “cheaply”. I would probably avoid Groupon if I want to buy something expensive. I could not have spent the 80 groupon credits elsewhere anyways so no regret!

I tried “Bun Rieu” from one of the restaurants listed on the internet… It was awful!

Someone had the same idea I had: test all the Vietnamese sandwiches in different places using a “benchmark”: I will have to try myself and I will agree or not with this benchmark :)!
They call it: “Le meilleur Banh Mi de Paris”

I am looking for a Vietnamese restaurant that can make one of my favorite Vietnamese dishes, the traditional version is extremely “stinky” for foreigners but I love the taste of this soup very much!: Bun Rieu
